Real Estate for Real Change
Everyone deserves a safe place to call home. That belief is why a portion of every transaction we close goes to Shelter Nova Scotia, and why we spend days there ourselves. In our first year we contributed over $3,600 and a lot of hours.

Where we volunteer
Between us we sit on business commissions, community associations, and school advisory councils across Spryfield, Sambro, and Herring Cove. We chair a School Advisory Council and the Halifax Chamber's Ambassador Program, and we are founding members of Rising Tides.

Supporting local
The businesses on our streets are the reason our neighbourhoods are worth buying into. We sponsor, we share, and we spend our money close to home.
